Technical Sales Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and customer engagement.
- Actively pitch and present the company’s software solutions to prospective clients.
- Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering customer technical inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable product or solution recommendations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely technical guidance.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to internal teams (product, engineering, marketing).
- Keep up to date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offering.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or related field
- Strong understanding of software products, IT systems, or related technical fields
- Experience working with customers in a sales, pre-sales, or technical support role
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-focused terms
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and presentations
- Skilled in gathering customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Familiar with the sales cycle and able to support sales teams with technical input
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities at once
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
